1.1 Cancellation: Once a customer confirms an order for a listing on Cheaphai, cancellation is not possible. Customers may cancel their order only when it is in the processing stage. Please contact our customer support for assistance with cancellations.

1.2 Refund: Refunds for listings are not available after the order is confirmed. If you need further assistance or have any concerns about your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team.

2. Cancellation and Refund for GPL Themes, Plugins, Templates, and Scripts

2.1 Cancellation: Cancellation and refunds for GPL (General Public License) themes, plugins, templates, and scripts are only available under specific circumstances. Customers may request a cancellation and refund if they encounter any of the following issues:

• Defective or malfunctioning files
• Missing files that were supposed to be included in the purchase
• Files infected with viruses or malware
