2. Cancellation and Refund for GPL Themes, Plugins, Templates, and Scripts

2.1 Cancellation: Cancellation and refunds for GPL (General Public License) themes, plugins, templates, and scripts are only available under specific circumstances. Customers may request a cancellation and refund if they encounter any of the following issues:
